ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY – RETURN – REFUND – CANCELLATION

The items supplied by https://uhrenkabinett.com are new and come with a guarantee against any defects. They meet the quality standards of traditional trade and come from our verified manufacturers and suppliers.

If an item is faulty or non-compliant, the buyer has 15 working days from receipt of the goods to request an exchange or refund. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period is automatically extended to the next working day.

Conditions for returns:

• Items must be new or unused and returned in their original packaging, complete and undamaged.

• Any accessories, instructions for use and documentation must be enclosed.

• Packaging sealed with cellophane must not have been opened.

• The customer must prove any defects by taking photos and a short description and send them by email to support@uhrenkabinett.com.

Right of withdrawal :
In the event of withdrawal, uhrenkabinett.com will refund the amounts paid by the customer, excluding return shipping costs. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt of the returned items.

Return costs:
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer unless the item is faulty or defective.

Important instructions:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.

• Cash on delivery or freight collect returns will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.
